The daily-changing modern European menu – Mediterranean influences predominate – grows from simple small plates of cockle fritters, cecina and langoustine crudo with sea purslane to larger ones such as Hereford beef, cavolo nero and horseradish for two. The approachable global wine list offers dozens by the glass, and there’s 25% off fine wines from the “black book” on Sundays. Reservations taken for lunch only.
