Jacopo Mercuro has adopted the tagline “Back to the Pizza” (a nod to “Back to the Future”) as a comment on his appreciation of tradition while thinking like a modern chef offering creations like hot honey pizza (roasted tomatoes, sweet and sour onion, buffalo mozzarella, hot honey with ’nduja and Tabasco) and some of the best fritti in town.
