Founded by Mārtiņš Sirmais and Ēriks Dreibants the restaurant features an open kitchen and playful presentations, blending modern European techniques with Nordic and Baltic influences. Signature dishes include yeast broth with shiso and oyster mushrooms, sea scallop with green peas and smoked butter sauce and lamb saddle with fermented rhubarb, carrot mole and blackcurrant glaze.
