A key to their success is that, unlike other places whose offerings cover their counters, here the pintxos are made on the spot. Most requested are the prawn ravioli, squid tempura and stuffed zucchini. And don't miss the fried potatoes and ham. The beer cañas (small glasses of draft beer) are the best in the city. If you want a more substantial meal, they have a small downstairs dining room where you can order a feast.
