Asador Trinkete Borda

Located in an 18th-century building, the Trinkete Borda grill has been in the Aramburu family for more than 50 years. During the ’70s, the family imported full-blooded Wagyu cattle from Japan, which they continue to raise on the Esteutz Farm in Hondarribia to this day and sell for prices that will make you feel as if you have been transported to their nation of origin. Otherwise, an extensive menu of dishes is prepared by Iñaki Hernández, one of the most famous grill masters in the region.
