Featured dishes include egg Galuska, noodles served with truffle, egg foam, salted egg yolk and compressed salad, pommes souffle with Mangalica sausage, bacon and cucumber pickled in red chili and lamb neck served with whey, mashed vegetables, homemade cheese, a milk skin cracker and lavender. The wine list highlights Hungarian varietals from Tokaj, Somló, and Eger, alongside international references.
