This bar offers a good repertoire of hot and cold pintxos in a variety of sizes. Its most famous is a prawn skewer with vinaigrette that you can accompany with a very cold txakoli (sparkling dry white wine) held high while it is poured into a cider glass. Also recommended are the pintxo Mari Juli, with smoked salmon and anchovy and green pepper, the mushrooms with bacon or meatball with peppers. Go on the early side as the narrow space gets crowded fairly quickly.
