This small place has become deservedly famous for its anchovy pintxos. Their masterful formula is only known by two people and is their best-kept secret. Twelve different versions are offered with this small fish as the main protagonist, and they are always presented on toasted bread. Some of the best combinations are anchovies with creamy spider crab, sea urchin roe, garden-style or with black olive paté. Their gildas (anchovies, pickles and olives on a stick) are rightfully famous. An institution in the city of San Sebastian.
