Beast

Doing surf ’n’ turf right since 2014, this beast of a steakhouse from the Goodman Group greets guests with an eyeful of monstrously proportioned Norwegian king crabs and hulking slabs of dry-aged beef. This, one surmises, is to be an epic feast. Served at three Hogwartsian banqueting tables, the Beast experience might encompass Galician carabineros or Gillardeau oysters, then Japanese A5 wagyu or USDA Nebraskan rib eye cooked on the 1.5-ton custom-built grill. The wine list is similarly red-blooded.
