Bentley’s Oyster Bar & Grill

Richard Corrigan is the legendary and ever-so-affable Irish chef who headed up such ’90s’ London institutions as Fulham Road and Lindsay House. Nowadays, he’s in charge of the 103-year-old Bentley’s in Mayfair, where he pays homage to the best British seafood and rare-breed meat he can lay his hands on. Oysters, naturally, are the star of the show: wild and native, sourced from Carlingford, Dorset, Jersey and Loch Ryan. The just-off-Piccadilly location makes it convenient before the theater.
