Manuel Núñez, a Galician chef based in Barcelona, and a native Catalan, Carles Ramon, have created a gastronomic merger by fusing the cuisine of the Atlantic coast with Mediterranean fare. The style is based in modern ingredients, and the short menu offers around a dozen different preparations, such as algae falafel with a tartar of white shrimp or sea bream smoked over a flame and served with leek confit and pickled shallots. Service is informal while remaining professional, and they offer a wine list with numerous suggestions from small producers.
