After spending over a decade working at Vila Joya in Portugal, Puglia native, Matteo Ferrantino, brought the Mediterranean to northern Germany. Describing his cuisine as “United Colors of the South”, Ferrantino offers chilled Granny Smith gazpacho, influenced by his time in Portugal, handmade troccoli with tomato and cacioricotta, a tribute to his native Puglia and sea bass with porcini mushroom and spinach. The wine list balances German Rieslings, Italian whites, Burgundy, and Champagne, curated to transport diners to warmer shores.
