The most cañí (Romani) version of the restaurants in the Adrià universe, this bar pays homage to traditional tascas, specializing in vermouth. They offer a small menu featuring high-quality ingredients, with dishes prepared in a respectful way using traditional recipes. The conservas are superb, especially the mussels and the monkfish liver. The seasonal menu includes pork jowl mollete, Galician blond beef cured in salt and spices, spicy squid and tuna mojama. Do not leave without trying the new spheroid olives.
