This historic wine bar, located in a building built in 1881, replete with vaulted ceilings and candlelit stone interiors creating an old-world charm, is where Przemysław Klima showcases his expressive cuisine. Using regional ingredients, he creates refined, modern compositions that appear simple but but are filled with complexity: fermented potato pancakes, yellow and black chanterelles in a sea buckthorn and koji emulsion with caviar and dill flowers and perfectly caramelized cod. The wine list is exceptional, highlighting Burgundy, Italy, and Champagne, alongside artisanal European growers.
