Back in the 1980s, when the chef’s parents ran this restaurant, it was a simple restaurant where families could enjoy a simple meal by the sea. These days, it features the haute cuisine of Manuel Alonso. Every day, Alonso goes to the Gandía fish auction, where he meticulously chooses the products he combines with vegetables from his own organic gardens that make up his daily menu. The result is some of the best food on the coast, which you can enjoy on a large terrace with spectacular views.
