Casa Marcelo

This cosmopolitan tavern is located near Santiago's famous cathedral. Marcelo Tejedor's cuisine is inspired by his native Galicia, with interesting nods to Asian, Peruvian and Mexican cuisines. Working out of an urban-style kitchen that is surrounded by his guests, Tejedor chooses the daily menu according to the products available at the daily market. It is an experience that you are more likely to find in Madrid or Barcelona than in the provinces. Seating is first come, first serve, and they take reservations only for groups of eight or more.
