After Arnaud Faye left to take the job as executive chef at Epicure in Paris in 2024, Tom Meyer was appoint as chef at this restaurant perched high above the Côte d’Azur. Meyer’s menu features a Roma tomato tart served with peanut and marigold, marine gnocchi with a molten center and pigeon with cherry and foie gras. The wine cellar highlights southern French crus, with Bandol and Bellet alongside Burgundy and Champagne. The terraced dining rooms offer some of the best views on the coast.
