Club Culinario Toscano da Osvaldo

“Osvaldo’s Tuscan Culinary Club” emerged from the ashes of the old Vivaldi club, a restaurant open from midnight to eight in the morning. The menu, written on blackboards in pure trattoria style, features a list of gourmet dishes, in the classic tradition of Tuscan home cooking, with an eye to the best producers in the region: Think Paolo Parisi’s eggs with goat cheese fondue, served in a pan, or handmade pici pasta with bread crumbs and fresh tomatoes. And, of course, there’s the grilled Florentine steak, to share: The minimum cut is around 3 pounds.
