Cocchi has been the place to go for Parmesan cooking for over a century and is a favorite among local families for Sunday lunch. An excellent start to the meal is a plate of their fine selection of salumi. But the restaurant’s greatest strength lies in its fresh pasta dishes, like the tortelli d’erbetta or the magnificent bollito misto that is served from a rolling cart. The large wine list extends beyond Italy to include many French labels.
