Eszter Palágyi’s modern European cuisine features dishes like Kagoshima hamachi with kombu, Beluga lentils and celeriac dashi, scallops, with leek, Iranian saffron and black garlic and duck from Kalocsa with pearl barley, y east and pomegranate. The intimate dining room exudes contemporary elegance. The wine list is international in scope, with strong Hungarian representation, highlighting Tokaj whites, Somló minerality, and robust reds.
