This dynamic and informal place, located in the Eixample close to the Plaza de España, is led by chef Miquel Pardo, who came to Barcelona to cook the food of his native Valencia. The menu is divided into two parts: signature tapas and a variety of rice dishes that Pardo is constantly changing. You can choose between two reasonably priced menus, the Classic Cruix or a more extensive menu called Grand Cruix. Rice, included in both, always features a perfectly and wonderfully crisp socarrat.
