This small restaurant with rustic décor offers a wide menu of exquisite pintxos that focus on braised and roasted meats. Among their most in-demand creations are the pressed pig's ear, the house-made morcilla (blood sausage) or the braised veal cheeks. Their star pintxo is a whole roasted lobe of foie gras served with apple compote, gray salt and cider caramel. In summer, you can eat on the lovely terrace, where they offer raciones (full or half portions for sharing) for groups of diners.
