2025 was a turning point for this great restaurant. Its founder, Jonnie Boer, suddenly passed at the age of 60. Johnny’s wife. Thérèse continues the project with Nelson Tanate, who was executive chef before Jonnie’s passing, leading the kitchen. The menu features new creations like foie gras, brown shrimp and tomato and signature dishes such as pikeperch, apple syrup and Riesling , which dates from 1993. Thérèse curates the wine list, which is legendary for its depth: Burgundy, Bordeaux, Champagne, and treasures from around the world.
