The true sign that London was back came in March 2023, when Duck and Waffle, on the 40th floor of 110 Bishopsgate, resumed 24/7 operations after three pandemic years off. Since 2012, Duck and Waffle has been feeding Londoners, around the clock, not only the titular dish but a broad haute comfort menu of ox cheek doughnuts, duck sliders, foie gras crème brûlée and truffle fries. Take the great glass elevator up for cocktails, brunch, snacks, roasts, the works. There is also a location in Edinburgh.
