Evaristo García bought this restaurant in 1975 to fulfill one of his dreams: to create a restaurant that offers the products he sells at his Pescaderías Coruñesas, the most famous fish shop in Madrid. Here you will find the best examples of the sea cooked with simplicity, and the menu offers a textbook selection of fish and shellfish. The sole Evaristo, a dish that honors the owner, is the signature, along with large specimens, like turbot, that can be shared by the table. They serve the best anguilas (baby eels) during the season.
