This Viennese café and restaurant is the Wolseley team’s most overtly themed restaurant to date. Chef Claud Grant orchestrates a rich fantasy of fin de siècle Austria, open all day for everything from smoky Kassler ham and eggs at breakfast to Sachertorte at teatime and schnitzels, sausages and strudels for supper. The gemütlich neighborhood vibe is jollied along by Stiegl beer on tap and glasses of Grüner Veltliner.
