Lee Tiernan is one former St. John Bread and Wine head chef who’s gone off and done something completely different his Highbury haute-kebabery is famed for its KISS-themed oven, filthy graphics and rock ’n’ roll soundtrack. Tiernan cooks as he pleases, and if you are lucky enough to squeeze into the tiny restaurant you might have flame grilled lamb’s heart or crispy f*cking rabbit with chili and apple or the signature squid-ink flatbread with smoked cod’s roe or a foie gras “choc ice” topped with sprinkles.
