Flat White

London barely knew what a flat white even was before this cramped little antipodean cafe in Soho explained in 2005. Here was banana bread, smashed avocado and coffee that actually tasted good! These days, it’s Dark Arts Coffee in the espresso-based drinks and daily batch brew, with Northiam Dairy milk frothed up for the eponymous flat whites. Snack on toasties, croissants and brownies.
