<p> Located in a glass cube in the Park Vitznau Hotel with stunning views over Lake Lucerne is where Patrick Mahler employs premium ingredients while blending French technique with Scandinavian and Japanese culinary influences. Dishes include duck liver ice cream with beet root and beef tartare, Norway lobster with yuzu koshu, kimizu and buttermilk and saddle of summer roe deer with maitake, radicchio, tardive in a barigoule sauce.  The wine list is encyclopedic, highlighting Burgundy, Bordeaux, and German Rieslings, with thoughtful inclusion of Swiss vineyards.</p>
