At the historic Drisco Hotel, chef Tomer Tal served a refined Mediterranean cuisine based on Israeli ingredients. Dishes include a zucchini medley with zucchini-basil cream, pistachio tuile and smoked stracciatella, pumpkin risotto with roasted pumpkin, pumpkin seeds, fresh za'atar and Shwartze cheese and 40-day sirloin with burnt onion, cognac Jus, celery leaf chimichurri and thinly cut potato chip. The wine list features Israeli boutique wineries, with Galilee whites and Judean reds prominent, balanced by Burgundy and Champagne
