Signature dishes include green bean « Biscotte » soup with marinated sturgeon and Osciètre caviar, blue Lobster vinaigrette and avocado with coral crunchy lettuce and cauliflower and grilled Lamb with Picholine olives crispy shoulder with old-fashioned mustard. The wine list is among Switzerland’s finest, with deep Burgundy and Bordeaux selections, Champagne, and Swiss highlights.
