Andreas Caminada’s culinary empire includes this wonderful restaurant in the Marktgasse Hotel, with an interior designed by the architect, Patricia Urquiola. The concept is unique: Daniel Zeindlhofer’s menu is designed as a series of small plates that encourage communal dining. Using seasonal ingredients he creates dishes such as sour cream, apple an carrot, spiced milk with celery and rhubarb, trout, onion, quince and celery and a crêpe with duck liver and morels. The wine list is eclectic, highlighting Swiss producers alongside natural European growers and Champagne.
