Working from the top floor of the Romeo Hotel, in the former offices of famous Italian businessman Achille Lauro (hence the name Il Comandante), the skilled Salvatore Bianco is a master of ingredients from the Gulf of Naples. Bianco’s culinary technique and love for overlooked ingredients like butterfish result in an original cooking style. Everything from the entrées to the desserts reflects great attention to details. The mâitre d’ and sommerlier both offer excellent service.
