J. Sheeky

In the heart of the Covent Garden theater district, the iconic J. Sheekey has been shucking oysters and serving large portions of Dover Sole since the 1890s. The plush, cozy four rooms of the restaurant are bedecked with photos of actors past and present, the tables stacked with seasonal, sustainable seafood. Chris Dargaval, previously at Scott’s (both restaurants are part of the Caprice Holdings group), focuses on decadent comfort food: fish pie, Cornish fish stew and crab bisque, alongside market catch and shellfish.
