After the passing of its founder in 2025, Jean-Luc Tartarin is being run by his wife, Annabelle, and Vincent Bridoux who was sous for the past 20 years. The cuisine of Normandy is on offer, inspired by both sea and land, with dishes that include a fried egg in a shellfish bisque with a dusting of orange powder, flame-seared langoustine with rosemary with a squid ink cappuccino and sweetbreads dusted with panko and cinnamon with chanterelles and apricots. The wine list celebrates Loire whites, Burgundy elegance, and Champagne freshness.
