Kerridge’s Bar and Grill at Corinthia London is what happens when a ritzy hotel teams with a (gastro) pub landlord. You get draught beers, red prawn scotch eggs or loaded chips in the bar; lobster thermidor omelets and Himalayan salt aged beef fillet in the grand-looking grill.
