L’Arcangelo

This is not a gourmet restaurant nor a proper bistro, and it’s definitely not a trattoria. Though his rendition of spaghetti carbonara is iconic, much of Arcangelo Dandini’s cooking is personal and sometimes inventive, such as pasta al chiodo, cooked far less al dente than his signature dish, or cod fish with tomato sauce, plums and dried fruit. Though the service is relaxed, the hyper-attentive Dandini watches over every little detail in the restaurant, making sure his guests are as comfortable as possible.
