Carlos Torres (behind the stove) and Elisa Rodriguez (in the dining room) are the charismatic gastronomy enthusiasts who run this bistro. On the plate you will find dishes cooked by a chef who is obsessed with sourcing high-quality products. Torres has a way with meat, and autumn is when the chef is at his best, serving all sorts of game and game birds. The cellar is filled with excellent references. A favorite with local gourmands who have been enjoying some of the best food in Madrid for the past 20 years.
