La Dame de Pic

The name Anne-Sophie Pic above the door at the Four Seasons Hotel by the Tower of London imparts a status that only French restaurant royalty can achieve. Her sophisticated diffusion line La Dame de Pic (the original is in Paris) purports to “smart-casual” informality, but the food and wine tell a different story – of wasabi-roasted Kagoshima wagyu and buddha’s hand consommé, of venison and foie gras, Nikka whisky and Likuoala pepper, and of rare wines from Pic’s native Rhône Valley. Former Clove Club chef Evens López became head chef in 2022.
