La Manduca de Azagra
Madrid, Spain
Almost two decades ago, the owners of this restaurant decided to relocate to Madrid from Azagra, a small town in the southern portion of Navarra. Their native region is known for its delicious vegetables, which fortunately they brought with them, and the restaurant has become known as the vegetable temple of the Spanish capital ever since. Come and enjoy dishes like crystal peppers cooked over grape vines, lentils stewed with seasonal vegetables and borage with scrambled eggs and ham, along with a wide variety of fish and meats that are either grilled, roasted or stewed.
