A proponent of vegan cuisine, Krolik serves dishes like marinated daikon turnips featuring pesto, radish, cucumber, and yuzu peel, hand-dived Scottish scallops with macadamia nuts, roe sauce, cabbage and quince and mustard chutney and saddle of venison in an herb crust.
