The refined dining room, set in a 15th-century inn, blends history with understated luxury. Signature dishes include a soft-boiled egg served with Comté cheese foam, wild mushrooms, and truffle shavings, snails with garlic and parsley served in puff pastry and pigeon with a black current glaze. Wines celebrate Champagne along with Burgundy’s greatest domaines, from Montrachet whites to Côte de Nuits reds.
