Serving up to 65 different varieties of fish, dishes include sea bream tartare with bottarga and caviar, Loup Lucie Passédat, a tribute to his grandmother with sea bass dish in a sauce of tomatoes, fennel, and truffle and Ma Bouille Abaisse, his personal take on the classic fish stew. The cellar highlights Provence whites, Cassis treasures, and southern Rhône reds, alongside Champagne.
