Executive chef Romain Lorenzon’s menu include dishes such as stir-fried duck foie gras served with smoked duck breast, rhubarb, and onions, homard à la presse: lobster served tableside with a sauce made from the shells in a silver lobster press and braised veal shin with bone marrow, and seasonal vegetables. The wine list is remarkable, emphasizing Bordeaux grands crus, Pauillac and Pomerol in particular, alongside Burgundy, Champagne, and international vintages.
