Chef Dani García serves the best of the sea at what he describes as a “beach bar without a beach” located smack in the middle of Marbella’s golden mile. At this restaurant, which is as informal as it is sophisticated, specimens of numerous fish and seafood greet you as you enter. Bluefin tuna is featured to the extent that an entire section of the menu is dedicated to the fish, offered in 17 different preparations. Another is fried redfish from Conil. There’s an extensive list of wines and champagnes to pair with the food.
