The more casual “Britalian” sister restaurant of Isaac McHale’s two-starred The Clove Club, with a focus on fresh pasta and seasonal British produce – Hereford beef tartare, Orkney scallops or Westcombe ricotta cannelloni, for example. A key feature of the cuisine is chef Robert Chambers, having previously cooked at Locanda Locatelli and The Ledbury, who has been head chef since the restaurant opened in 2016,. A bar snack of Parmesan “fries” has become  a cult dish among London foodies.
