Chefs Assaf Granit, Uri Navon, and Yossi Elad created this lively institution near “The Shuk”, Jerusalem’s market. The menu is a unique mix of Eastern European, Middle Eastern, North African, French and Mediterranean cuisine that Israeli restaurants have become known for. Dshes include polenta with mushrooms, parmesan and truffle oil, cheese agnolotti with goat butter, zucchini, za'atar and pistachio pesto and chicken livers with the “best mashed potatoes ever” and caramelized onions. The wine list highlights boutique Israeli wineries from the Judean Hills and Galilee, alongside Mediterranean bottles.
