Marisqueria Rafa
Madrid, Spain
In 1958, two young brothers, Rafael and Rodrigo Andrés, originally from a small town in Guadalajara, opened this restaurant that has remained a favorite of locals and foreigners to this day. The specialty is seafood, such as prawns and small crabs, white and red prawns, lobsters, Norway lobsters, barnacles, oysters, shrimp and clams, which you can follow with fine preparations of hake, turbot or sole. The Russian salad is among the most famous in the city, and if you want to veer away from enjoying the fruits of the sea, they offer a perfectly made steak tartare.
