Guy Arish’s Modern European cuisine relies on the terroir of Israeli as well as the Mediterranean. Menus include Armenian cucumber · cucumber-melon, peanut vinaigrette and “Hameiri” Cheese, drum fish skewer with lahoh, chicken crumble, miso and fermented chili and veal sweetbreads with corn and smoked chicken jus. The stylish dining room combines modern luxury with Tel Aviv energy. The wine list is strong in Israeli boutique producers, particularly Galilee and Judean Hills labels, paired with Champagne and Burgundy for depth.
