Luxurious Milos brings the turquoise waters and sea air of the Aegean just a little closer with its menu of fresh Greek seafood. Costas Spiliadis opened the first Milos in Montreal in 1979, adding locations in New York, Athens and beyond before opening in St. James’s in 2015. Guests select the catch of the day from the restaurant’s “fish market.” Among the signatures are whole fish in sea salt with seasonal horta, stuffed zucchini flowers, Athenian lobster pasta and sashimi-grade grilled octopus.
